Associate

Karin is an associate in the Media and Entertainment and Corporate groups at Dentons.

In her entertainment practice, Karin advises and represents clients on the development, financing, production and exploitation of film, television and new media projects. She also advises clients on various commercial and intellectual property matters.

In her corporate practice, Karin supports clients with transactional law matters including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and corporate finance.

Karin joined Dentons as a summer student in 2019 and articled with the firm in 2021-2022.
