Štěpánka Havlíková is a Senior Associate in Dentons’ Prague office. She focuses her practice on TMT, intellectual property, data privacy, electronic contracting issues, technology transactions, IT company acquisitions, consumer law, online marketing, as well as on commercial law and dispute resolution.

Before joining Dentons in April 2022, Štěpánka cooperated as a junior associate with Kinstellar (2019- 2022) and Noerr (2018-2019) and as a legal trainee with CMS Cameron McKenna (2016-2017) in Prague. She also worked as a legal trainee in the Compliance & Corporate Governance department of Krones Group in Regensburg (2017-2018).
