Petr Kotáb

Tax

Petr Kotáb is a honorary member in Dentons' Prague office. He focuses on financial and tax law, securities and financial markets, banking, foreign investments, corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions.

Petr is also active in the academic field, as a member of the Department of Financial Law of the Charles University School of Law in Prague and a lecturer at multiple universities (including previously Economic University in Prague, Metropolitan University in Prague and the University of Connecticut and Central-European University) on taxation, banking and financial markets.

He is the author or co-author of more than 100 professional books, university textbooks, articles in periodicals and other publications on tax law and financial law.
