Career

Bruce is a Juris Doctor from New York University and he has a Diploma Superior in Public Corruption Prevention from the Catholic University of Ecuador.

With 30 years of experience in both Anti-Corruption and Intellectual Property Law and with continued International recognition in both fields, Bruce Horowitz advises, trains and helps clients in Ecuador and abroad to ethically and safely succeed in extortion and other corruption situations. He has recently received international recognition for his pro bono work and for his support in the advancement of women.

Bruce has counselled clients on intellectual property rights and the USA Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).  He has chaired ABA International IP Rights Committee, State Capital Group IP Section, INTA Latin American Geographical Indications Sub-committee and Co-Chair of ABA International Anti-Corruption Committee. He provides seminars and trainings to corporate clients, universities, The World Bank, The Inter American Development Bank, ABA, INTA, IBA, IACCM, The American Conference Institute, and The India American Chamber of Commerce.
