Ralf M. Nitschke, a partner based in Dentons' Paris office, concentrates on cross-border M&A projects, with a particular focus on transactions between Germany and France. He regularly assists French, German and international corporations in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in a multi-jurisdictional context, in particular in the area of chemicals, petrochemicals, transport and logistics, food products, engineered industrial products and luxury goods.

He is admitted as an attorney in Germany and is registered on the list of EU attorneys in France.
