Audrey Arnaut-Lacombe is a counsel in Dentons' Paris office and a member of the Real Estate group. She acts in both advisory and litigation matters, with a particular focus on commercial and construction leases.

Audrey advises clients in France and abroad on the implementation of strategies, negotiation, drafting and management of commercial leases (offices, stores, logistics warehouses in particular) and construction-related contracts, procedures for rent renewals and eviction compensation, proceedings relating to the status of leases, implementation and follow-up of expert appraisals, proceedings to enforce builders' legal warranties, and sales litigation.
