Intellectual Property and Technology

Tom Blanchet is a senior associate in Dentons' Paris office. He is a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology group.

Tom focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, including infringement, invalidity and “saisie-contrefaçon” proceedings. He advises clients from various sectors, including life sciences, cosmetics, electronics, mechanics and telecommunications (FRAND issues).

He also provides advice in dispute resolution and negotiating contracts.
