Dr. Michael Krömker is a Partner in Dentons’ Dusseldorf office and a member of the Corporate / M&A and Energy practice groups. He advises strategic and financial investors on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and corporate law matters, with a particular focus on the Energy & Infrastructure, Automotive & Industrial and IT and Media sectors.

In addition, he frequently advises Chinese clients on their investments in Germany and Europe.
