Christine Seiz is a lawyer at Dentons' Munich office. She focuses on intellectual property and corporate. She provides legal advice in particular regarding commercial contracts such as distribution agreements, supply agreements, license agreements, (software) development agreements, service agreements (e.g. SaaS agreements). Besides, she gives advice regarding franchising, M&A transactions, IP related transactions as well as competition law and regulatory aspects. Christine Seiz also sets a special emphasis on the protection of intellectual property, especially of trade secrets.
