Mary Liz is a member of our Real Estate practice in Dentons’ Dublin office and specializes in construction law (contentious/ non-contentious). Recognized as a Rising Star (Legal 500: EMEA 2020, 2021, 2022) with a very versatile practice, she offers a full service to all construction industry stakeholders, both on complex transactional matters and on issues arising during construction, claims management and dispute resolution. Her experience covers a wide range of sectors, including commercial and residential development, energy, technology, pharmaceutical and leisure.

Mary Liz has a specific interest in regulatory matters advising on building regulations, wages and employment requirements, statutory adjudication and health and safety compliance.
