Antonio Legrottaglie is a partner in Dentons’ Milan office and a member of the global Corporate M&A practice.

With a proven track record in M&A transactions, Antonio supports clients on a variety of matters, including acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

He mainly supports Italian and foreign private equity funds and club deals. Clients appreciate his proficiency in assisting founders and financial sponsors of build-up projects—supporting them both in the creation of the initial corporate structure and in the multiple acquisitions that are included in the project pipeline.

Also active in the venture capital and start-up sector, Antonio regularly assists Italian and foreign investors in all types of investment rounds and in providing assistance to startups and scale-ups marked by strong technological development. In addition, he has many years of experience supporting clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
