Arnaldo Bernardi is a partner in Dentons’ Milan office and a member of the global Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. He is part of the white-collar crime team in Italy.

He regularly advises clients in the oil and gas, luxury, retail, telecommunications, and financial sectors on internal investigations, corporate compliance and business and human rights.
