Lorenzo Toppini is a counsel in the Banking and Finance practice, focusing on derivatives and structured products, as well as on financial markets regulation.

He gained experience in the negotiation of derivatives, repo, stock lending and securitization transactions, corporate finance, project finance, leveraged finance and financial-insurance products, as well as in the structuring of unit-linked products and innovative financial instruments.

Lorenzo advises financial institutions, insurance companies, asset managers, pension funds and social security institutions and provides assistance in connection with regulatory issues, including EMIR, Dodd-Frank Act, BRRD, SFTR, MiFID II and Brexit.
