Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Matteo Vizzardi is a partner in Dentons' Milan office and a member of the global Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. He is part of the White-Collar Crime team in Italy.

He focuses on corporate criminal law, bankruptcy law, financial markets, corporate criminal liability, cybercrime, criminal tax law, environmental criminal law, and workers’ health and safety, having assisted major domestic and international clients on a broad range of white-collar crime matters.

In addition, Matteo advises several Italian and multinational groups in many sectors (chemicals, energy, pharmaceuticals, luxury goods, telecommunications, distribution, industrial production, etc.) both with regard to compliance issues and in criminal proceedings, assisting both the company and its representatives as defendants or civil parties in complex criminal proceedings.

He is a member of Supervisory Boards pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 in companies belonging to Italian and multinational groups.

Matteo is one of the founders and members of the Observatory of criminal lawyers in multi-practice law firms (Osservatorio dei Penalisti degli Studi Multipractice) in Italy.
