Position

Roberto Lipari is a partner in Dentons’ Rome office and a member of the global Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

Roberto has extensive experience in litigation and international arbitration and regularly represents sovereign entities, as well as domestic and foreign clients in a broad range of disputes involving corporate, commercial, white-collar crime, investigation, investment and financial matters across different industries and jurisdictions.

He has served as legal counsel for companies and sovereign states in numerous international commercial and investment arbitrations, under various procedural rules (e.g., UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, ICC Arbitration Rules, Arbitration Rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Arbitration Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute).
