Giulia Ostan is an associate in Dentons’ Rome office and a member of the Project, Energy and Infrastructure business unit in Italy.

She focuses on corporate matters and regulatory activities, with a specific expertise in the renewable energy sector. She supports international and domestic clients in relation to project development as well as in drafting-related sale and purchase agreements and project contracts.

She also provides day-to-day assistance in connection with renewables portfolios.

She joined Dentons in 2021 as a trainee.
