Marilina is a counsel in our Milan office and a member of the global Corporate and M&A practice.

She advises Italian and international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including industrial M&A, private equity, joint ventures, real estate and general corporate law matters.

She is also experienced in commercial contracts.
