Filippo Frabasile is a senior counsel in Dentons' Milan office and a member of the global Corporate and M&A practice.

He advises private equity funds and industrial groups on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and joint-ventures, providing assistance in relation to corporate governance, commercial and regulatory matters.

Filippo also assists corporate entities on capital markets transactions, including capital increases, IPOs and public offerings.

His ordinary activities include drafting and negotiating domestic and international contracts (trademark license agreements, distribution agreements, lease agreements, and settlement agreements), as well as drafting legal opinions for domestic and international clients.

Filippo also deals with civil, corporate and commercial litigation.
