Dia Zaiter is a legal consultant and the head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at the Dentons Amman office. He has more than 22 years' experience practicing law in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Clients benefit from his extensive knowledge and expertise covering the full spectrum of arbitration cases, commercial disputes, and across a broad range of industry sectors, including taxation, banking, telecom, aviation, construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, real estate, and oil and gas. Dia regularly advises both national and international clients on their corporate, commercial and financing activities in Jordan. He deals with the formation and restructuring of companies, mergers and acquisitions, winding-up and liquidation, among other corporate-related matters. He conducts extensive due diligence, advises national and multinational corporations on all aspects of foreign investment, and advises clients as to employment, regulatory and commercial matters.
