Yifan Zhang（张一凡）is a senior associate in Dentons’ Luxembourg office. She is a member of the Banking and Finance practice group.
Yifan focuses on advising financial institutions, multinational companies, and private equity funds. She is also involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and general corporate advice.
