Position

Rubesh Doomun is a Barrister at Law at the Dentons Mauritius office and is also a Registered Insolvency Practitioner. He is a member of litigation team.

Rubesh specializes in regulations and laws related to insolvency and corporate finance. He also has a keen interest for litigation and dispute resolution. He has practised at the Mauritian Bar since 2016 and has appeared before all courts in Mauritius.

Rubesh holds a Master of Laws in Advanced Legal Practice and is part of the Alumni of different universities, having graduated with both a degree in law and a degree in Finance. He is presently the On-Demand Barrister for Centurion Law group, a Pan-African corporate law conglomerate.

His practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, insolvency, advising and representing his clients before various courts and tribunals in Mauritius.

Rubesh regularly gives trainings and lectures at the MCCI Business School, the University of Mauritius and the Honoris Educational Network.
