Position
Jarosław Bełdowski, PhD, is a lawyer with extensive background in financial sector who specializes in regulatory and transactional affairs.
His experience encompasses advising clients on various banking regulatory matters, e.g. CRR, CRD IV, AML/CFT, AIFMD, UCITS IV and EuVECA.
He combines his professional and academic career as an assistant professor at the Warsaw School of Economics. Co-author of many scientific publications in the field of financial law.
