Ghil-Won Jo advises clients on a variety of issues related to merger and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, real estate project financing, ship project financing, foreign bond issuance, non-performing loans, asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, real estate development and investment projects, inbound and outbound foreign investment, international trade and general corporate matters.

Mr. Jo has extensive experience advising clients on matters involving structuring transactions, legal due diligence, negotiation with counterparts, closing of deal procedures, communications with competent courts of rehabilitation and bankruptcy, securities/finance/capital markets, real estate development and investment, overseas investment, foreign exchange transactions and foreign direct investment.

Mr. Jo is both an attorney and a CPA. He completed an MBA program at the University of Notre Dame in the US and earned the membership of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Washington State in 2010.
