Yo-Sub Shim provides advice to a number of corporate clients on HR related matters, including those involving the Labor Standards Act, the fixed-term system law and the Dispatch Act, as well as collective labor-management relations such as collective bargaining, collective agreements and plural unions. He has assisted clients with issues of in-house subcontracting, delegation/contracting, risk diagnosis and improvement projects related to platform workers, management of low performers and operation of competency improvement programs.
