Peter Seung-Hun Lee is a senior attorney at Dentons Lee, specializing in public law litigation, international transaction litigation/arbitration and general civil/criminal/family litigations.

Mr. Lee began his career as a judge at the Suwon District Court, then served as a judge at the Seoul Administrative Court, Busan High Court and Busan District Court and the Suwon District Court Pyeongtaek Branch. Then as a presiding judge at the Daejeon District Court Hongseong Branch and the Cheongju District Court, he handled numerous civil, family, administrative, and criminal trials. He also served as a judge at the department specializing in cases on taxation, redevelopment and reconstruction, international transaction, maritime affairs and intellectual property and a chief judge at the department specializing in labor cases. As the head of the Supreme Court's International Transaction Law Research Group for three years, Mr. Lee coordinated various affairs related to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law for the Judiciary of South Korea.

Mr. Lee earned an LLM in Commercial Law from Melbourne Law School, Australia, and an LLM and PhD in Administrative Law from Korea University.
