Currently, as a senior professional of employment and labor team at Dentons Lee, she provides specialized employment and labor law advice to numerous domestic and international companies She possesses deep expertise in various facets of employment and labor law, including the Korean Labor Standards Act, the Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act, among others. Her proficiency extends beyond traditional legal counsel to encompass corporate law, making her a well-rounded advisor in the field.
In addition to her primary expertise in labor and employment law, Eunjee Kim has substantial experience in data privacy compliance. She is well-versed in the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and has successfully managed data privacy issues within large-scale employment transfers and M&A contexts, providing clients with critical guidance on data protection measures necessary for both domestic and international operations.
One of her unique strengths is her experience as a local General Counsel for a multinational corporation, which equips her with the practical insight needed to address complex legal issues from a corporate perspective.
