Seon-Ae Choi an adviser at Dentons Lee. She is an expert in labor and employment law, and has been practicing various labor and employment matters since 2000. Ms. Choi has represented or advised clients in cases involving labor-management disputes such as labor disputes, dismissals, unfair labor practices, and correction of discrimination against non-regular workers and violations of fair representation obligations related to multiple unions. For 11 years, she has served as a permanent or non-permanent public member of the Labor Relations Commission, deepening her understanding and practical experience both in individual and collective labor relations.

Her other contributions include serving as a public member of the Special Committee on Fair Trade Law and Procedure and the Deliberation Committee for Public Servants’ Working Time Exemption, and as an editor of the Advanced Course on ADR after completing the Basic and Intermediate courses. She has also played an important role in securing the stability of labor-management relations by participating as an employer negotiator at a company where a union was first established, overcoming difficulties in negotiations, and successfully negotiating and concluding a collective bargaining agreement, enabling her to provide efficient solutions and advice on various human resources and labor needs of corporate clients.
