Linh Nguyen is a foreign legal specialist and a key member of the Reinsurance and Insurance Practice Group at Dentons Lee. She has 5+ years of law practice in various roles at both private and public sectors in Vietnam and South Korea.

Prior to joining Dentons Lee, Ms. Linh served as corporate counsel in various organizations where she applied her legal skills with a strong understanding of commercial matters in business settings with her internal clients while dealing with external business partners and attorneys. The array of her experience includes insurance and reinsurance, corporate law and secretariat, trade matters, overseas investment and in-house legal services.

In Vietnam, she was the Legal and Compliance Executive at Tokio Marine Insurance Vietnam, a leading multinational Japanese insurer where she regularly counseled on matters related to all ranges of stakeholders including reinsurers, brokers and agents, policyholders, insured parties on regulatory, transactional, licensing, drafting and negotiating insurance related commercial contracts, product development and policy wording, coverage opinions and claims settlements, commercial agreements, government relations and compliance work including anti-money laundering and data privacy.

Most recently, Ms. Linh has participated in advising and representing global reinsurers on claims coverage and disputes; She also consulted a Korean e-commerce start-up company while utilizing her prior experience in technology planning and development.
