Dayoun Joung is a Certified Labor Attorney at Dentons Lee. She specializes in the field of HR, labor and employment and has advised various corporate clients, including large corporations and public institutions, on various HR and labor issues such as working hours, disciplinary measures, dismissal, workplace harassment and sexual harassment and union disputes. Ms. Joung also has successfully represented her clients before the Labor Relations Board and various Regional Employment and Labor Administrations.

After graduating with honors from Yonsei University's Department of Philosophy while awarding special full scholarship, Dayoung Joung earned a master's degree from Seoul National University's Department of Anthropology, where she has obtained deep analytical skills and extensive knowledge. In 2023, she won the Grand Prize by the Minister of Employment and Labor in the training course for certified labor attorneys, recognizing her outstanding professionalism and competence as a labor attorney.
