Ignacio Fernández is a senior associate in Dentons’ Banking and Finance practice in Spain.

Ignacio's practice focuses mainly on acquisitions and legal management of credit portfolios (intervening in transactions with a strong insolvency component), as well as real estate financing. He has advised several banks and investment funds worldwide.

He specializes in international syndicated financing transactions, with particular emphasis on asset finance, export finance, refinancing, debt restructuring, structured finance, project finance, acquisition finance and pre-bankruptcy.
