Almudena Gurpegui is an associate in Dentons’ Energy practice in Spain.

She has more than seven years of experience advising in different M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions as well as providing general advice to companies on corporate matters.

Almudena focuses on the energy sector, particularly in the acquisition of renewable energy projects, both greenfield and brownfield.

She has advised some of the most important private equity firms, both national and international, and leading electricity companies.

Almudena graduated in 2016 in law and political science from the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE) and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. Previously, Almudena was an associate of the M&A department of Pérez-Llorca.
