Partner

Inmaculada Castelló is a partner in Dentons' Corporate and M&A practice in Spain. Prior to joining Dentons, she worked as a partner in the corporate department and co-managing partner of the Madrid office of Pinsent Masons. She has also worked in the corporate departments of Ramón y Cajal (as a partner) and Cuatrecasas. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments and corporate restructurings, both national and international, especially in the health, technology and industrial sectors. She also has extensive experience in advising on real estate transactions, especially in the alternative investment sector (student residences, senior living, etc.). Inmaculada has a degree in Law from the University of Alicante. She is also the founder and secretary of the Spanish Association of Digital Health.
