Chinyen Ho is a Senior Partner with over a decade of experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and criminal investigations. He is a trusted advisor to both Taiwanese and multinational companies, specializing in high-stakes litigation, including corporate fraud investigations and cross-border contract disputes. Chinyen’s in-depth knowledge of Taiwan’s judicial system and corporate operations has made him a key figure in handling complex legal challenges across multiple industries.

Chinyen has successfully represented clients in several high-profile cases. Notably, he led the defense in a $46 million USD litigation involving Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and has represented Carrefour in retail-related disputes in Taiwan. His experience also includes managing multimillion-dollar cross-border disputes, such as a $17 million USD commercial contract dispute between a French company and a Taiwanese entity.

In addition to his litigation work, Chinyen advises clients on criminal investigations and regulatory compliance, focusing on corporate fraud and white-collar crime.
