Tamsyn Mileham is an English partner who has been working in Türkiye since 2011, with over 20 years of experience in international banking, project finance and corporate lending transactions.

She has led some of the most prestigious transactions in Türkiye including the US$2.4 billion financing for the Third Bosphorus Bridge and Marmara Motorway Project.

She has leading experience in advising international financial institutions, private equity funds, commercial lenders and green funds, including EBRD, Black Sea Trade and Development Bank and green funds advised by Finance in Motion (Green for Growth, EFSE, and SANAD) both in Türkiye and in the wider region, in providing financing to financial institutions and in advising on project and corporate financing in the agri-business, energy and manufacturing sectors. She also advises blue-chip borrower clients based in Türkiye on multiple global energy and manufacturing projects.
