Annabel Vincent is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice in Dentons' Dubai office. She has over ten years' of experience working on a on a wide range of banking and finance matters including advising clients, both local and international financiers and borrowers, on export credit supported finance, acquisition finance, contractor finance, corporate finance, Islamic finance, project finance, real estate finance and general banking and finance matters.

In 2017 she completed a nine month secondment with HSBC Bank Middle East Limited in Dubai, assisting and supporting the export credit agency and specialised finance team on a number of key export credit supported financings of projects in the UAE.
