He is focused in advising on employment issues to national and multinational companies operating across a wide range of industries (banking, finance, manufacturing and media, to name but a few).
He has also managed numerous collective processes such as labour restructurings, collective layoffs, collective labor agreements, protocols and corporate policies.
He has ample experience counseling companies relating to corporate senior management and complex compensations systems (stock option plans, variable compensations, shares, etc.). Currently he is advisor at the Wage Councils in representation of the Employer sector.
