Ulugbek Abdullaev is a Counsel in Dentons’ Tashkent office. He has broad experience in advising clients on corporate, regulatory and intellectual property issues. Ulugbek regularly advises foreign companies intending to invest or do business in Uzbekistan in various sectors, including IT, life sciences, FMCG and through joint ventures. Having published numerous articles on Uzbek law, Ulugbek has a deep understanding of Uzbekistan’s legal, regulatory and policy framework as well as significant experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
