With over 20 years of experience, she has held significant positions at Unocal Houston, an international oil and gas company in the United States. In Vietnam, she has played key roles at major state-owned corporations such as PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PVOIL), Cuu Long Joint Operating Company (CLJOC), PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation (PVEP), and Bien Dong Petroleum Operating Company (BDPOC).

Before joining Dentons LuatViet, Annie served as Managing Partner at EPLegal, a domestic law firm specializing in dispute resolution, energy, oil and gas, transportation, and infrastructure development, with offices in Vietnam and the United Kingdom. She has practical experience advising businesses from project development and operations to commercial dispute resolution, particularly in critical industrial sectors. She has also provided counsel on numerous large-scale foreign investment transactions in Vietnam, assisting both foreign investors and domestic enterprises in reaching commercial agreements, developing projects, and managing internal compliance risks.
