Tran Thi Ngoc Linh is a Senior Partner at Dentons LuatViet, managing the Hanoi office, and is recognized as one of the leading experts in arbitration, foreign investment, corporate law, M&A, banking and finance, and real estate.

As the Head of the ASEAN Industrial Group at Dentons, she has actively promoted regional cooperation and successfully advised on numerous major investment projects in Vietnam. In this role, Linh specializes in providing legal advice on regulations related to land, construction, and environmental matters, assisting businesses in developing, managing, and expanding their operations in Vietnam. She plays a crucial role in negotiating and drafting land lease agreements and construction contracts. Additionally, Linh represents clients in arbitration proceedings related to industrial real estate, contracts, insurance, or M&A, ensuring the protection of their legal rights and interests.

Alongside her legal advisory work, Linh is also well-known as a litigator in both domestic and international arbitration. She has successfully represented clients in disputes before VIAC, SIAC, and ICC, involving clients in construction, contracts, investment, and insurance industries.

Linh is also recognized for her dedication to gender equality and women’s rights projects, acknowledged by UN Women through the Gender-Responsive Procurement project in Vietnam. She has made significant contributions to the World Bank’s Market Investment Report in Vietnam from 2019 to 2022. Her achievements have earned her a place in Asia Business Law Journal’s list of Vietnam’s Top 100 Lawyers for many consecutive years.
