He is specialized in advising and litigating on commercial leases. His experience includes drafting and negotiating agreements both for tenants and landlords. Additionally, Bas regularly assists in various real estate transactions (residential, commercial, offices) for investors and financial institutions, including sale-and-leaseback transactions. Bas was seconded for three months to a listed real estate investor, granting him beneficial understandings of how our clients work and operate, and a better understanding of their interests. He was also seconded for six months to a pan-European owner and operator of hotels, short-stay housing and co-working facilities, enhancing his capabilities to provide pragmatic advise on various topics.
