Margaret Weltrowska is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group of Dentons Canada LLP’s Montreal office. Her practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, franchising, construction law, product liability and class action litigation.

Margaret represents clients before the Québec Superior Court, the Québec Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, and various administrative and arbitral tribunals. She also participates regularly in important commercial arbitrations..
