Career

Bram Bloemers is a senior counsel and a substitute civil-law notary in the Corporate practice in Amsterdam. He is active in M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets transactions, as well as corporate restructurings. He works side by side in complex restructurings with our tax advisors. He specializes in corporate, management participation, restructuring, (asset) finance, security and enforcement.

Prior to joining Dentons, Bram had 10 years’ experience with Loyens & Loeff in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and New York, United States. Bram was also the company secretary at Volksbank N.V., the fourth largest bank in The Netherlands, and has worked as counsel in Sint Maarten, Dutch West Indies, within a local reputable firm, Lexwell.

His clients include Dutch and international corporations and businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, private equity firms, listed companies, solar companies, real estate and hedge funds, banks and other financial institutions.

He advises on complex (cross-border) transactions and restructurings and delivers high quality service thanks to his international work experience and strong work ethic based on accessibility, discretion and a hands-on approach.

Bram is a trusted advisor to several leading multinationals, acting as a corporate legal advisor.
