Associate

Robert is an associate in the Firm's Cape Town office. He focuses on general corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Robert joined Dentons South Africa in January 2015 as a candidate attorney and became an associate in 2017. He previously spent seven years as a commercial director of NTI Security Solutions, where he focused on the commercial and legal aspects of the business.

Robert has gained deep experience in advising clients in highly regulated environments, particularly clients in the energy, oil and gas, aviation and information technology sectors.

Robert also manages the Africa Desk to assist clients that have multijurisdictional requirements in Africa.
