Position

Maxime Simonnet is a Real Estate Partner in the Dentons' Paris office and advises his clients on both transactional and litigation issues.

He advises an international clientele of investors (investment funds, real estate companies, and operators), in the context of real estate transactions: due diligence and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements.

Maxime also works alongside his clients, notably major users, on their complex negotiations regarding commercial leases and construction contracts. He assists on a wider scale his clients in the context of their discussions on legal measures allowing risk anticipation, costs and incomes optimization related to their real estate assets.

In addition, Maxime has a specific and sustained practice in real estate litigation: commercial leases, construction law, sales litigation, co-ownership, and environment. He is a member of the Institut Français de l'Expertise Immobilière.
