Joep is a senior associate in Dentons' Corporate and M&A practice in Amsterdam.

He advises on a broad range of corporate and M&A transactions, including private equity, venture capital and joint ventures. Many of the transactions Joep works on are of a complex and cross-border nature and involve a broad range of sectors. In addition, Joep advises clients on a wide-variety of general corporate and commercial matters, as well as corporate reorganizations and corporate governance.

Joep's client portfolio includes both national and international public and private companies, including private equity firms, leading service providers and industrial and financial organizations, as well as early stage companies such as startups and scaleups. His experience includes advising clients in the technology, life sciences, leisure, manufacturing, energy, financial services and corporate real estate sectors.
