Associate

Ilan is an associate in our Corporate group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance. He has experience with both private and public clients across a variety of industries, including cannabis, life sciences, franchising and distribution, and technology.

Ilan joined Dentons as a summer student in 2018 and articled with the Firm in 2019-2020.
