Matthew Sapte is a partner in the firm's Banking and Finance department and specialises in debt capital markets and derivatives.

Matthew regularly advises bank and corporate clients on a wide range of matters, covering bond financings (including Eurobonds, sukuk issues, exchangeables and MTN programmes), asset backed securitisations, receivables financings (including power supply contract monetisations) and derivative transactions (whether OTC, credit linked or finance related).
