Position

Pauline advises on a wide range of disputes, including contractual issues, PFI disputes (primarily facilities management contracts regarding issues such as performance deductions, unavailability, disputes between subcontractors), regulatory investigations, IT disputes, fraud, insurance disputes, debt recovery, defamation, partnership disputes, and prison law. Pauline acts for a wide range of clients including private companies, Registered Providers, individuals and regulators.

Pauline aims to deliver practical advice that takes into account her clients’ commercial objectives, including cost-effective resolutions and protecting reputations.

Pauline has experience in a range of different courts and methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including arbitration, adjudication and mediation.

Career

Prior to joining Devonshires Solicitors, Pauline worked in retail banking in Paris before completing her training contract with a full-service regional law firm.

Education

Pauline graduated from Oxford University with a BA in History, before completing her GDL and LPC at BPP Law School.

Personal

Pauline is a native French speaker and able to provide advice in French on matters of English law. Pauline enjoys pub quizzes and travelling.
