Dona Treska focuses her practice on financial services and investment management matters, advising clients on the structuring, establishment, management, marketing and restructuring of investment funds, including hedge funds, UCITS, credit funds and private equity funds. Ms. Treska provides ongoing advice on general corporate, regulatory and compliance matters. She also routinely advises on trading documentation, service provider agreements and seed deals. Ms. Treska has worked for clients in the hedge fund, debt fund and private equity industries, ranging from high value start-ups to leading investment managers. In 2020, Ms. Treska was seconded to SoftBank Investment Advisers, the investment manager of the Vision Fund, one of the largest venture capital and AI technology funds globally.
