Career
Jennifer McGrandle focuses her practice on a diverse range of employment law issues both contentious and non-contentious with a particular emphasis on discrimination law. Ms. McGrandle has extensive experience working on corporate led transactions, negotiating and drafting settlement agreements, and managing large, multi-jurisdictional redundancy and re-contracting projects. She also provides training to clients on a wide variety of topics and regularly speaks at client seminars.
She also advises on data protection matters, particularly on how to deal with data subject access requests and has advised clients on preparing for and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation, assisting with data protection audits and gap analyses, drafting privacy notices and data protection policies.
Ms. McGrandle is a member of the ELA (Employment Lawyers’ Association) Pro Bono Committee and a regular volunteer for the Employment Tribunal Litigant in Person Support Scheme (ELIPS) at London Central Tribunal.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. McGrandle was a senior associate in the London employment group of another international law firm.
